Spinal Mobility: Foam Roll

After running into common questions regarding how to use certain pieces of equipment, I figured it would be a good idea to start creating micro posts on tips and tricks. This segment will target the spine in a few different ways. Use them as ways to explore your body and mobility, and if you're feeling pain...call me for an evaluation! Or send an email. It's up to you to be vigilant and act swiftly in addressing your own ailments.

The following exercises are meant to help improve your mobility, and not necessarily address specific pain. If you are in pain during these exercises, you should feel a strong urge to stop and consult with either myself or a trusted medical professional who is knowledge in musculoskeletal health.
